Theo Panayides is a writer, journalist and occasional filmmaker. He studied Law at University College London and Film at the London International Film School, then joined the Cyprus Mail in 1997 as a features writer and film reviewer. In addition to his Sunday profiles and other newspaper work, he’s written and directed two short films, a documentary, and a feature-length comedy called The Magic Beans in 2015. He lives in Nicosia.
